By accessing or using enguetedl (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This is a closed, invite-only platform provided strictly as a technical utility.
1. Nature of the Service
enguetedl is a private digital utility that provides an interface to execute data extraction commands on behalf of the user. The Service acts purely as a conduit (a "digital cable") between your device and publicly accessible URLs. The Service does not host, index, or distribute copyrighted media.
2. Strictly Private and Personal Use (Art. 19 URG)
Access to this Service is granted exclusively for personal, non-commercial use.
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Copyright and Related Rights (Art. 19 URG), you are permitted to use published works for your private use. By using enguetedl, you explicitly declare and warrant that:
- You are utilizing the Service solely for private, personal use or within a circle of closely connected persons.
- You will not distribute, broadcast, monetize, or otherwise use the downloaded files for commercial purposes or public performance.
- You possess the legal right to access and extract data from the URLs you submit.
3. Disclaimer of Liability
You are solely responsible for the URLs you submit and the content you process through the Service. enguetedl, its creators, and its hosting providers disclaim all liability for any copyright infringement or legal violations committed by the user. The Service is provided "AS IS", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
4. Gatekeeping and Account Revocation
enguetedl is an invite-only Closed Beta. You have no inherent right to access the Service. We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or revoke your access at any time, for any reason (including, but not limited to, excessive server load, suspected automated scraping, or violation of these terms), without prior notice or justification.
5. Modifications and Takedowns
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. If you are a copyright owner and believe your rights are being violated by the existence of this infrastructure, please contact us immediately for resolution.
