Welcome to enguetedl. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. Because this service operates as a closed, invite-only platform, our data collection is strictly limited to what is technically necessary to keep the infrastructure running securely.

1. Data We Collect

To provide the service and prevent abuse of our server resources, we log the following data when you use the platform:

• Account Information: Your email address (managed securely via Supabase).
• Technical Logs: Your IP address, timestamps of your requests, the original URLs you submit, and the metadata of the requested files.

2. How We Use Your Data

We do not sell your data, nor do we use it for marketing. Your data is used exclusively for:

• Technical Operations: Ensuring the queue system works and files are delivered correctly.
• Security & Abuse Prevention: Monitoring for extreme traffic anomalies that could trigger server-side IP bans or violate our invite-only policy.

3. Ephemeral Media Storage (Zero Retention)

enguetedl operates on a strict ephemeral storage model. When you request a download, the media file is processed in a temporary server environment. Immediately upon the completion of the file transfer to your local device, the temporary media file is permanently destroyed from our servers. We do not host, mirror, cache, or archive any media files.

4. Data Storage and Sub-processors

Our core infrastructure is hosted on servers located in Germany (Contabo), and our authentication/database framework is managed by Supabase. By using this service, you acknowledge that your technical logs and account data are processed through these secure sub-processors in compliance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP/LPD) and the EU GDPR.

5. Your Rights
